Does this need to exist?
That’s a great question. Especially for you, right now, as you’re face-to-face with yet another brand newsletter.
Our answer (as demonstrated by the fact that we took the time to build this site) is yes. And somehow, if those first few lines of self-awareness haven’t already sold you, here are three real, non-specific reasons Those Who Know may be worth your time.
We know about a few things. Producing world-class non-alcoholic cocktails, aperitifs and digestifs (from scratch), building a beverage company, and naming said company after a saint that doesn’t exist.
We’ll talk about other stuff. Like New York City, rice balls, Juventus, and bike lanes. Also restaurants, travel, and forklifts. Point being, Those Who Know doesn’t solely exist to remind you that the Phony Negroni was the 2024 Platinum Winner at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
And we’ll bring in other writers. Some you’ll know. Others you’ll know soon. And—as the kids say—we’re going to “let them cook.”
